A template gets the layout right, not the numbers

The FDA format is exacting about layout (see the type-size rules), but the part that actually gets labels challenged is the math: per-serving amounts derived from a defensible RACC serving size, rounded by each nutrient's specific rule, with %DVs from current Daily Values. Typing numbers into a pretty template skips all of that.

Template questions

Can I just type my own numbers into a template?
Legally you're responsible for the numbers being right. FDA rounding rules are specific (calories round differently above 50, fats round to 0.5g below 5g, and so on), and %DVs must match current Daily Values. A drawing tool won't catch errors; the generator computes and rounds everything from your recipe.
Is this the current FDA format?
Yes. The 2016-updated vertical Nutrition Facts format: bold calories, Added Sugars line, vitamin D/calcium/iron/potassium, and the current footnote.
What sizes can I print it at?
The SVG download is a true vector. It stays sharp at any print size. Keep the panel's type at or above the FDA minimums (8-point inside the panel on standard packages).
Do I need a Nutrition Facts panel at all?
Many small sellers are exempt until they make a nutrient claim or sell into retail. See our exemptions guide. When you do need one, a computed panel costs $9 here versus $500+ for lab analysis.
